Following the Government’s advice and in the interests of the safety and welfare of visitors, staff, students and the wider public, all events scheduled at the University of Birmingham will be either cancelled or postponed from 20th March until 1st June.
In addition The Lord Chamberlain’s Men Theatre company have cancelled their performance of Macbeth, which was due on 26th June at Winterbourne House and Garden.
We’ll continue to monitor the advice from FCO, WHO, PHE and government and work with event organisers to reschedule as many events as possible when it is safe to do so. For those booked onto any of these events we will be processing a full refund over the next week.
